On 17 July 2014 passenger flight MH17 was shot down over the war zone in Eastern Ukraine, killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew. A lot of facts undermine the official version of the event as presented by the western elite and their media.

Fighters from Russia's Caucasus region have joined the separatists in eastern Ukraine, while Kiev has intensified its efforts to win back control of the region. Just 10 days after the presidential election there, the conflict is quickly turning into a war. ... The battalion is now the leading power in Donetsk. It may only consist of a few hundred fighters, but they are armed with anti-tank guns, machine guns and anti-aircraft weaponry. And what began in April as the occupation of the regional administration building has since become a serious territorial conflict. *

After the western-backed Euromaidan colour revolution and coup the situation in Ukraine rapidly transformed into a bloody civil war between Western and Eastern Ukraine. That civil war turned into a proxy war with Western Ukraine backed by the US, EU and NATO and Eastern Ukraine by Russia. Several military airplanes were shot down prior to the MH17 disaster.***** However, nobody prohibited passenger flights to fly over the intensifying war zone in Eastern Ukraine.

At least since March 2014 NATO sent AWACS to patrol the borders of Ukraine. NATO said it used them to look a very long way** and that the surveillance flights would enhance the alliance's situational awareness.** These Awacs were used to spy on the war zone and beyond. Der Spiegel reported: Two NATO AWACS were patrolling the border of Ukraine and spotted flight MH17 by radar, then they lost contact and MH17 was shot down around 30 minutes later.** NATO knew better than anybody that Eastern Ukraine was a very dangerous and escalating war zone, and that passenger airlines should never have been allowed to fly over it.

The Ukrainian authorities did not consider closing the airspace over the eastern part of Ukraine to civil aviation completely. The statements made by the Ukrainian authorities on 14 and 17 July 2014, related to the military aeroplanes being shot down, mentioned the use of weapon systems that can reach the cruising altitude of civil aeroplanes. In the judgement of the Dutch Safety Board, these statements provided sufficient reason for closing the airspace over the conflict zone as a precaution.

According to Eurocontrol the responsibility for letting passenger flights fly over certain territory is with the state,** with the newly installed Ukrainian pro-US puppet government led by US puppet president Petro Poroshenko. But the responsibility for allowing passenger flights over this intensifying war zone was of course also with NATO and with the Dutch government which neglected prior warnings from the Ukrainian authorities and didn't inform Dutch airlines KLM.**

After days of placing hostile blame for the downing of the Malaysian airliner on Russia, the White House permitted US intelligence officials to tell reporters that there is no evidence of the Russian government's involvement. Obviously, the US satellite photos do not support the Obama regime's lies. If the White House had any evidence of Russian complicity, it would have released it to great fanfare days ago. *

If at all there was any evidence against Russia it would have been presented to the world immediately with a big show. But there was no evidence of Russia's involvement. The disaster happened on July 17. But even after publication of the preliminary report provided by the Dutch Safety Board in September 2014 there was still no conclusive evidence whatsoever. Not even in October as the chief investigator for the Dutch national prosecution service confirmed. That also means that the Ukrainian government and western media lied...

Pro-American and anti-Russian President Petro Poroshenko was installed by a western-backed coup. The Security Service of Ukraine is installed by the president of Ukraine. Would this SBU be a trustworthy source? The SBU claimed to have intercepted telephone conversations between two Russian army people.** The YouTube channel on which this video appears was created on 7 April 2014,** at the time of the Euromaidan. The western media eagerly took this video as evidence, without question. Forbes headlined: Smoking Guns: Russian Separatists Shot Down Malaysian Flight MH17; Putin Must Be Held Responsible ** and Business Insider: This Video Shows The Evidence Ukraine Has Put Together About The Downing Of Malaysia Flight MH17.** However, audio analysts easily showed that the video was a fabrication of the SBU.** It consists of three separate conversations**, as also mentioned by RT,** the Russian news outlet which was later banned by the EU. The SBU is known to have created false evidence before. See for example another video titled Russian Cossack Formations Are Responsible for Chaos in Ukraine** which is found on another anti-Russian propaganda channel called "Ukraine Investigation".** Another fake video of which the content is not verifiable. The West uses false evidence against Russia.

RT - 'Anything other than social media?'

This US public relations spokeswoman first utters a lie and then admits that the only evidence they have comes from social media. But as journalist Matthew Lee mentioned, that can of course easily be countered with other social media on the internet claiming the exact opposite.

Malay Mail reported that Malaysia Airlines was told to fly low over Ukrainian airspace by ground controllers, putting it at 33,000 feet, just skimming 1,000 feet above restricted altitude.**
Reuters reported: Malaysia Airlines filed a flight plan requesting to fly at 35,000 feet throughout Ukraine airspace but was instructed by Ukraine air traffic control to fly at 33,000 feet upon entry.**
The Guardian: Eurocontrol, which coordinates air traffic agencies across Europe, said the aircraft was flying at a height of 10,000 metres [~33,000 feet] when it disappeared from the radar. “This route had been closed by the Ukrainian authorities from ground to flight level 320 [32,000 feet] but was open at the level at which the aircraft was flying,” it said.**
The Guardian: Malaysia Airlines plane was flying lower than planned and may have diverted on to more northerly course over Donetsk.**

According to many media outlets the pilots were ordered to fly lower than usual. The Dutch Safety Board's final investigation report published on 13 October 2015 says that the pilots were requested to fly at a higher altitude but refused, the captain decided to deviate from the planned vertical profile by not climbing to FL350 as requested by the air traffic controller but maintained FL330* because of fuel efficiency*.

So, are we supposed to believe that the pilots preferred fuel efficiency over safety? Obviously, there is a contradiction in the information provided by several "independent" news outlets shortly after the disaster, and the information provided by the Dutch Safety Board published in 2015. The truth could be found in the data from the Ukrainian air traffic control centre, but...

Every nation's air traffic control centre is in contact with all airplanes in its airspace at least once every minute by means of Secondary Surveillance Radar. According to the Preliminary Report by the Dutch Safety Board flight MH17 was under control of Dnipropetrovs'k air traffic control centre (Dnipro Radar).* But Ukraine did not release its air traffic control data. On the day of the disaster the BBC published an article with the following information: Ukraine's SBU security service has confiscated recordings of conversations between Ukrainian air traffic control officers and the crew of the doomed airliner, a source in Kiev has told Interfax news agency.*** These recordings don't just disappear magically, so it seems then that the recordings were confiscated by the corrupt Ukraine's SBU directly after the disaster. This was also noted in a later Wikipedia Talk called Talk:Malaysia Airlines Flight 17/Archive 16.**** The Ukrainian ambassador to Malaysia Ihor Humennyi later denied that the SBU had confiscated the recordings but couldn't provide any evidence,*** nor could he explain what happened to the recordings. Obviously, something stinks here. Ukrainian authorities never released the crucial air traffic control data. This is called spoliation of evidence and it makes Ukraine a suspect of the crime.

On 18 July Barack Obama said: The United States will offer whatever assistance we can to determine what happened and why.** But did he speak the truth? Journalist Robert Parry noted...

What did the U.S. surveillance satellite imagery show? It's hard to believe that — with the attention that U.S. intelligence has concentrated on eastern Ukraine for the past half year that the alleged trucking of several large Buk anti-aircraft missile systems from Russia to Ukraine and then back to Russia didn't show up somewhere... Are we supposed to believe ... that the U.S. government with the world's premier intelligence services can't track three lumbering trucks each carrying large mid-range missiles? *

Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity wrote a letter to Obama stating that his administration has not provided any satellite imagery showing that the separatists had such weaponry.** The nation with the most advanced intelligence and espionage apparatus in the world couldn't provide satellite images immediately after the disaster? With NATO constantly patrolling Ukraine's border? It takes a complete idiot to believe that. The fact that the United States refused to show its satellite images, let alone any other serious evidence besides unverifiable social media, speaks strongly in its disadvantage. Logic and reality again point to a cover-up. All this surely doesn't look good for the Ukraine and the United States.

Of course western media flooded the western world with their anti-Putin and anti-Russian propaganda...

Already in April 2014 Forbes reported that the newly installed pro-western government in Ukraine made it known that being anti-Russia was their top priority. Their first order of business was to remove the Russian language in official communications in the government.** Without any evidence US President Barack Obama strongly insinuated who was to blame. Australian PM Tony Abbott said that it is highly probable that MH17 was shot down by a pro-Russian separist controlled surface-to-air missile.* Hillarious Clinton insinuated that the equipment had to have come from Russia* while the Ukrainian army is using the same Russian weapons as well.** John Kerry said the evidence is quite enormous.** UK parrot David Cameron repeated that MH17 was shot down by a SA-11 missile fired by separatists.* The Anglo-American power elite immediately pointed the finger at Russia** and urged to punish Putin,** and to impose further economic sanctions.** One important thing they forgot to present: the evidence. Their presstitutes went along with this dirty scheme...

Another fact that was omitted from the western media is that pro-Russian separatists, called "Russian-led terrorists" by the west, fight against an illegal government in Kiev that was installed with help from the Anglo-American power elite who also supported the neo-Nazis in Ukraine. Their western media said things like: Carry-on bags and backpacks lay open, pillaged by looters.** and A photograph widely circulating on social media last night purported to show a Russian separatist fighter stealing a ring from a victim of the MH17 crash.*** But here's the truth about the events used to denigrate the separatists...

Ukrainian media stories about looting of toy and wedding ring proven FAKE!

The Dutch Safety Board investigated the downing of flight MH17. The members of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) were The Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Malaysia... and Ukraine! Malaysia was initially excluded from the investigation by the western power elite.*** This is suspicious because the airplane belonged to Malaysia Airlines. It's like investigating a murder but leaving out an important eye witness. The reason is easily explained by the fact that the western power elite did not want to include a party in their investigation that had good relations with Russia. More shockingly, Ukraine was included in the team despite the fact that Ukraine should be a principal suspect in the mystery of who was responsible for killing 298 people.** Ukraine confiscated crucial air traffic control data and never released it and even fabricated false evidence as mentioned earlier. But that's not all, prime suspect Ukraine and the other members signed a non-disclosure agreement meaning that they have the right of veto over what information is and isn't made public! On 20 July 2014 we read that pro-Russian separatists wanted to cooperate and demanded a truce with Kiev before allowing access to the crash site on their territory.** This makes sense knowing that this is a warzone in control of the separatists, nobody would simply allow the enemy on its territory. However, the western-backed government in Kiev didn't feel like a truce and soon launched a heavy offensive around the crash zone. On 22 July The Guardian reported: investigators say train being loaded with bodies will soon be moved as Ukraine launches offensive near Donetsk station.** On 27 July The Daily Mail reported: fighting was taking place too close to the MH17 crash site.* On 27 July Andriy Lysenko, a spokesman for Ukraine's Security Council, gave the following statement: All our troops are aiming to get there and liberate this territory so that we can guarantee that international experts can carry out a 100-percent investigation of the site and get all proof needed to deduce the real reason for this tragedy.** On 28 July 2014 the National Post reported: Government troops have stepped up their push to win back territory from pro-Russian separatists in fighting that the United Nations said Monday has killed more than 1,100 people in four months. The international delegation of Australian and Dutch police and forensic experts stopped Monday in Shakhtarsk, a town around 30 kilometres from the fields where the Boeing 777 was brought down. Sounds of regular shelling could be heard from Shakhtarsk and residents were seen fleeing town in cars.** On 29 July Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has called Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to ask government forces to stop fighting around the Malaysia Airlines crash site after experts were unable to get there for a third day running.**

Here's what's blocking the investigators: the Ukrainian military announced yesterday, Chris, that it had launched an offensive to capture several key towns around the Malaysian air crash zones. ... The Ukrainian military ... deny that they have any presence on the crashsite, but then they give a kind of contradictory explanation, they say "no, we're not shooting near the disaster zone, we're just trying to capture it", which doesn't seem to add up logically. *

Before this offensive took place from the Ukrainian military, as recently as last Thursday, I could travel freely to the crash zone when it was firmly in control of the separatists. *

What's stopping investigators reaching the site? On Monday, the Ukrainian military announced an offensive against a number of key towns on the main road towards the MH17 crash site. That fighting seems to be blocking the OSCE-led investigators, CNN's Ivan Watson says. Ukrainian military spokesmen deny that government forces control the debris field. They say Ukraine is adhering to a 40 kilometer combat exclusion zone around the crash site. But the main Ukrainian military spokesman Andrey Lisenko has also said that Ukrainian forces have gotten "very close" to the crash zone, and that they are trying to capture it from the pro-Russian rebels, Watson says. "As soon as they leave, the experts will be able to start working there," Lisenko told reporters Tuesday. *

Kiev obstructed the investigation. It is important to note that the Ukrainian authorities were lying. This is in line with their fabrication of false evidence. Why would Kiev obstruct this important investigation?


Despite the fact that they had undergone a massive negative propaganda campaign by Kiev and western media the pro-Russian separatists cooperated well with the investigation and handed over the MH17 black box, the Malaysian delegation thanked "his excellency Mr Borodai" for agreeing to the transfer** and no evidence or indications of manipulation of the recorder was found according to the Dutch Safety Board's Preliminary Report.*

On 29 August 2014 Dutch news agency NOS published an article titled The Public Ministry made a deal about MH17 investigation.*** The same day the Public Ministry published an article titled Joint investigation into Flight MH17 which stated that The Netherlands, Australia, Belgium and Ukraine signed an agreement.** The agreement was already signed on 7 August, but western mainstream media remained silent about this important document until 29 August. It was not made public by the government until independent journalists revealed it. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or secrecy agreement is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. Such an agreement was signed by the JIT members, including suspect Ukraine! Also note that the article states: The resolution calls on all states and actors in the region to cooperate fully with the investigation efforts, including by providing unhindered access to the crash sites. While Ukraine clearly obstructed the investigation in July.


In a statement made by the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice it is said that the agreement is to remain classified. The reasons it gives are as expected: the typical secrecy excuse...

In case the documents would be published it is expected that the cooperation between concerned parties and international organizations will be hampered and that parties would be reluctant to share information. *

This was of course only noticed by independent journalists...

James O'Neill - Why the Secrecy on the Mh17 Investigation
On 8 August 2014 these four investigating nations signed an agreement that the results of the investigation would not be published unless all four countries agreed. This gave one of the prime suspects in the atrocity, Ukraine, an effective veto over any investigations result that attributed blame to them.
